- Have fun learning transversal angle pairs!
Tips
- Use these easy tricks to identify angle pairs.
- Corresponding Angles (F shape): They are in the same position and are equal.
- Alternate Interior Angles (Z shape): They are inside the lines on opposite sides and are equal.
- Co-interior Angles (C shape): They are on the same side and add up to 180°.
- Vertically Opposite Angles (X shape): Form an X at the intersection. Opposite angles are equal.
- Linear Pair (Straight line): Angles on a straight line. They add up to 180°.
- Tip: F, Z, C, X or a straight line — identify the shape to solve quickly.
